There will be no future developments on this project
In the future jSummit has a number of tasks they would like to complete that aren't in the first release:
Profile Images - this is something we wanted to do but didn't have the time for
Loading images in whiteboard
Easier Plug-in for Modules - we orginally wanted to read a directory to get the modules
Skins - how awesome would skins be? The structure is in place but not fully implemented
jSummit on the Internet - it would be using a central server where summits are listed rather than broadcasting
Changing Profile Details
Changing Rooms Details
Desktop Sharing
Many internal changes, such as using fewer ports
Fully functioning on a Mac - this would've been nice but java GUI and MacOSX don't want to play nice so they need some talking to :D
